brainstorming ideas for exhibition set up

Ideas for set up include framing pictures I have shown or sticking and placing them onto the wall behind while placing my pots in front (which will be included ad completed by this time as I plan to work overtime).
I sketch the set up and place it below:

This will all depend as well on my space which I will be getting but all being  well it will be okay.
I feel like adding some.hunting or some dangling decorations will look nice as well and maybe make them nipples in some way(like little nipple droplets coming down from the string so people.will walk up to them and notice.I want some of the drawings on the back of the walls to be in simple black biro and done to a high standards and stu k squarely on the wall (I will adjust these in photo shop if needed and.maybe print out the pictures.I used before and paper clip them together.
Ideas also to draw in thick balk pen on printed paper or pre painted paper so my designs can be seen over or under a pattern.

If I have enough time I may make a few cards(thank you cards that can be placed on my table)

The reason I want this music to be played  is because:
1.The music itself relates to my theme and to the topic I wish to potray
2.Because the band, Le Tigre , are known known for its left-wing sociopolitical lyrics, dealing with issues of feminism and the LGBT community. This also goes well.

Nottingham Trent uni day/talking with Nicki Hall

Above are general pictures I took while walking around.Nottingham Trent uni. While walking around I felt like it had a calm and real atmosphere where all the students slept to be pretty relaxed and in their element.I managed to catch up with one of the students (who had been doing her course foe 3 years and was coming to the end of it) and Got a lot of great information about the uni and what would be expected of me if I decided to go.

While so spoke about her work it gave me a opportunity to understand the amount of effort that went into every federal and the fact that have a reason behind what you did even if it was the most simplistic thing was key.Also the momey involved and the transport to get to Nottingham seemed a lot easier then other places I had visited (which would have ment me stopping in student a acomindation which would not be ideal due to my lack of money. 

I feel like a little bit of hope was benighted while talking to her and maybe a blurry future that appears to becoming clearer.

If you are reading this and are contemplating Nottingham as a uni I would try seek out.Nikki Hall as she was incredibly helpful and I will be looking forward to talking to her again

Harley gallery Trip (Rose English)

All images were taken at the Harley gallery a week ago when I went to bro we the exhibits.

The minute I saw roses work I felt a connection with it.It spoke to me like no other work at the Harley gallery had.Down to her views on feminism (who h were very much Like mine e.g. strong) and the general look of her work.the way she mixed horses (show horse and the decorative wearable items which included angles wings and hooves along with a horse whip that had been set out in a glass cabinet.(which I sadly could not take.a picture of)

Some of the pictures below are from the book that had been published which included her work inside and many other artists.

 By far my favorite piece of the whole exhibit if ony for the layout which I hope to use at my exhibition at the end of the year.

Overall I was very impressed and came back with s leaflet of hers which was supplied that included some of the pictures that were strung up in the gallery.

      My first idea was to make a candy lane theme going up to the college using sweets like the common candy cane and others listed below:

As you can see these are just rough sketch but I'm impressed by the amount of detail I've already put into the ideas.I want to keep the candy cane.

modelled for company including: H&M, Guess, Jane  Bryant etc..
Was married to J.Howard marshal and was
Smith dies on Febuary 8 2007 in Hollywood, Florida hotel after taking a over dose of persecution drugs.
1967-2007 died due to a overdose that made her gain weight and genrally bloated and in turn effected her job as she became what would be deemed un exceptable as a modal.
During her final 6 months she was the focus of press coverage surrounding the death of her son Danniel (20 years old)
Daniel died in his mother's hospital room while visiting her at her maternity ward. It was later stated he had accidentally overdosed on methadone,Zobuin and lexopc.
(which he had stolen from his mother).

Idea

For my final work i took multiple parts of worksop and the surrounding areas that i liked and thought would fit my theme.I made sure to still stick with my chosen artist and there theme would still be black and white.The black and white theme was also used to create a design that resembled a chess board like so:

the above picture was my reference.

The idea of a chess board came from the fact that they are one of the common board games found in worksop.
